Trinity Solar is hiring Licensed Residential Electricians to support our growing solar installation teams in Pennsylvania. In this role, you will perform service upgrades, meter relocations, and electrical work that supports residential solar installations.

What You’ll Do
- Perform electrical service upgrades and panel replacements
- Complete utility meter relocations and electrical modifications
- Install wiring, conduit, disconnects, and other electrical components for residential solar systems
- Support installation teams with electrical connections for solar equipment
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes
- Troubleshoot electrical issues during installation and service work
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
- Document completed work with photos and project notes
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, inspectors, and team members
Qualifications
- Valid Electrical License required (Journeyman, Master, or municipal license depending on local requirements)
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and residential electrical systems
- Prior residential electrical experience required
- Solar experience preferred but not required – we will train
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in outdoor environments, including rooftops when necessary
- Strong attention to safety and quality workmanship
