Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide virtual mental health support to individuals through telehealth. In this role, you will assess client needs, create treatment plans, lead therapy sessions, and help clients build practical tools for managing emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. This position is best suited for someone who is confident working independently, communicates clearly, and values consistent, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual counseling sessions through a telehealth platform
  • Complete client assessments and gather relevant history
  • Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs and progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Monitor client outcomes and adjust care approaches when needed
  • Apply evidence-based counseling methods in treatment
  • Identify risk factors and follow proper safety and reporting procedures
  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
  • Experience providing therapy to adults, teens, or diverse client populations
  • Strong clinical assessment and case documentation skills
  • Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records
  • 2 weeks PTO
