Performs preventive maintenance tasks and day to day repairs of equipment, systems and building configurations. Possess a basic knowledge of Utility plant operations, Plumbing, Electrical, Electronic, HVAC, Building Maintenance and Building Automation Systems. The technician is expected to manage their tasks in a self-directed approach utilizing the computerized work order system and communicate with Leads and Managers. Additional duties as assigned by Management.
Hours: 7am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)/ Rotating call required
