Summary:  

Are you passionate about modular belting, slat top chain, spiral conveyor systems, or homogenous belts? The Positive Drive team is continuing to build depth across these platforms and is seeking strong commercial and technical leaders who can flex across the portfolio to support growth initiatives. 

The PMM – Positive Drive plays a key role in driving profitable growth across modular belting, chain, conveyor components, and homogenous belting portfolios. This role contributes to portfolio strategy, pricing, lifecycle management, and go-to-market execution while serving as a commercial and technical resource within the Positive Drive platform. 

Portfolio focus will align with experience, strengths, and evolving business needs. The position partners cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Marketing to accelerate revenue growth, improve margin, and strengthen our position as the local partner of choice. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Translate global product strategy for assigned Positive Drive product lines into executable regional plans for the Americas. 
  • Own regional pricing strategy, margin performance, and market positioning.  
  • Drive go-to-market strategy for new products and programs, including launches, messaging, and sales enablement. 
  • Consolidate VOC and regional market insights to inform and influence global roadmap priorities. 
  • Partner with commercial teams to grow share at targeted accounts; support strategic conversions and expansions. 
  • Serve as a customer-facing leader, including regular travel for end-user visits, VOC activities, and technical/commercial presentations. 
  • Support forecasting, stocking strategy, and core range optimization to improve service levels and grow revenue.  
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Positive Drive business, supporting strategic customer engagements and internal leadership discussions. 
  • Continuously improve processes related to pricing governance, portfolio simplification, and commercialization. 

  

  

Qualifications & Experience 

  • 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or commercial leadership in an industrial / B2B manufacturing environment 
  • Experience with pricing strategy, portfolio management, and go-to-market execution 
  • Experience working with industrial distribution and OEM/end-user sales models 
  • Beverage, packaging, or high-speed automation industry experience preferred 
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills 
  • Willingness to travel (~30%) for customer visits, VOC, and key project support
