We're currently hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support Early Intervention and preschool-aged students throughout the Reading, Pennsylvania area.
This position offers the opportunity to provide services in community-based preschool and daycare settings while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team. If you enjoy play-based therapy, early language development, and helping young children build foundational communication skills, we'd love to connect with you.
About the Opportunity
This full-time, onsite position serves children 3–5 years old across several community-based organizations (CBOs), including preschools and daycare centers throughout the Reading area. Site assignments will be discussed during the interview process.
You'll provide speech-language services within children's natural learning environments using play-based intervention strategies and collaborative, classroom-based service delivery.
Position Details
- Location:Â Reading, Pennsylvania
- Schedule:Â Full-Time
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 30-minute duty-free lunch
- Stretch calendar schedule (year-round with breaks embedded throughout the year)
- Services provided across multiple preschool and daycare sites in the Reading area
Students commonly present with:
- Language delays
- Developmental delays
- Autism spectrum disorders
- Other early childhood communication needs
Experience with play-based therapy and push-in service delivery is highly valued.

Compensation
- $62,000–$88,000 annually, based on experience

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Current or eligible Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Current or eligible Pennsylvania Educational Specialist Certificate
- Experience working with preschool or Early Intervention populations preferred
- Knowledge of play-based intervention and early childhood development
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
