Dental Treatment Coordinator (Floating) - $65K - $75K/year

American Dental Solutions is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to float between our Berks and Montgomery County locations, based out of Wyomissing, PA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, thrives in a dynamic environment, and excels at presenting treatment options clearly and confidently.

About the Role

As a Floating Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will support multiple dental offices within the Berks and Montgomery region. Your primary focus will be helping patients understand their treatment plans, navigate financial options, and feel confident saying yes to the care they need. You will also help maintain smooth operations across offices by stepping in where support is most needed.

This is a high-impact role where your communication skills, organization, and ability to adapt will directly contribute to patient satisfaction and successful case acceptance.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $65,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience.

• Travel Reimbursements (where applicable)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Treatment Planning experience or Front-Desk experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work across multiple office locations.

• High comfort level presenting financial and treatment information.
