Job Summary

Columbia Cottage in Wyomissing, PA is looking for dedicated Caregivers/CNAs to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. In this role you will assist with daily living activities, promote resident well-being, and foster a safe, nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Engage residents in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Document care provided accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in caregiving preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.

Compensation & Benefits

This caregiving position starts at a competitive wage of $17.00/hour, depending on CNA certification and experience. We provide amazing benefits and perks:

Schedule

• Part-time day shift 6:00am-2:30pm
• Part-time evening shift 2:30pm-11:00pm
• Part-time night shift 11:00pm-7:30am
