Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for projects located in the Reading, PA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial solar (PV) systems
• Mount, wire, and connect solar panels, inverters, and combiner boxes
• Run and bend conduit for DC and AC systems
• Perform wire management and terminations for solar arrays
• Install and connect transformers, switchgear, and distribution panels
• Tie-in solar systems to existing electrical infrastructure
• Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and site plans
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NEC and local codes
• Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently
• Follow all job site safety protocols and quality standards
