Communication Communicates effectively and professionally with patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers Interacts with others in a positive, respectful, and considerate manner Conducts self as a positive role model and team member Respects patients’ rights to privacy, dignity and confidentiality 2. Duties Verify accuracy of patient’s insurance company name/address Enter the following charges daily using appropriate CPT code and ICD-10 code: Office Charges, CIG Professional Charges, SCECWC Facility Charges, SCECNE Facility Charges, Anesthesia Charges, Pathology Charges, Hospital Charges and Lab Charges Append appropriate modifiers as indicated Run Daily Report for Balancing at end of day 3. Dependability Attendance Punctuality Ability to follow instructions Ability to meet deadlines 5.
