Your Typical Day

As a Route Driver, you will be the face of our collection operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Driving designated local routes efficiently and safely in accordance with state driving laws.

• Unloading collection bins and loading recyclable products onto the truck.

• Working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Maintaining precise data records of your route and communicating effectively with the management team.

Schedule

• Full-time, consistent 5-day work week.

• Saturday availability is required.

• Early morning start times.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: 1+ years of professional driving experience.

• Licensing: Ability to obtain a DOT Fed-Med Card (Non-CDL required).

• Background: A clean, safe driving record.

• Physical Fitness: Capability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day in all types of weather conditions.

• Skills: Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
