Position Details

Location: In-person (school-based setting)
Schedule: School-day hours (aligned with student schedules)
Employment Type: 1099 (Independent Contractor), with W2 options available

This is an in-person, school-based BCBA role, supporting students across K–12 school settings. You’ll work directly with students, school teams, and families, supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

  • Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Provide direct and consultative behavior analysis services

  • Train and support school staff on behavior strategies and implementation

  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

  • Complete documentation and progress reports

  • Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration

  • Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders

Scheduling

  • Services are delivered during standard school hours (typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

  • Scheduling is aligned with student and school availability

  • Structured caseloads and scheduling support




Requirements

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings (1 year minimum experience preferred)

  • Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs

  • Comfortable using technology for documentation and communication

  • Reliable transportation for in-person service delivery
