Location: In-person (school-based setting)
Schedule: School-day hours (aligned with student schedules)
Employment Type: 1099 (Independent Contractor), with W2 options available
This is an in-person, school-based BCBA role, supporting students across K–12 school settings. You’ll work directly with students, school teams, and families, supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support.

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide direct and consultative behavior analysis services
Train and support school staff on behavior strategies and implementation
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Complete documentation and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration
Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders
Scheduling
Services are delivered during standard school hours (typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Scheduling is aligned with student and school availability

Requirements
Active BCBA certification
Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings (1 year minimum experience preferred)
Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
Comfortable using technology for documentation and communication
Reliable transportation for in-person service delivery

Compensation & Pay Structure
Rate: $8,000-$9,000 per month
Flexible employment options, including 1099 or W2, based on your preference
Paid training ($20/hour), including HR onboarding, platform training, and school-specific training
