What You'll Receive: Paid, full-time employment while you learn Classroom instruction combined with hands-on, on-the-job training (OJT) No tuition or training costs All training materials provided by Penn United Technologies Mentorship from experienced manufacturing professionals Foundational skills to begin a career in manufacturing What You'll Learn: Our comprehensive training program includes instructor-led classroom learning, online coursework, and hands-on shop experience covering: Shop Safety Precision Machining Technology Basic Math & Blueprint Reading Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) Precision Measurement Basic Shop Machinery Computer Numerical Control (CNC) What You'll Do: Learn manufacturing skills from experienced professionals Apply classroom knowledge through hands-on work assignments Attend all scheduled classroom and on-the-job training sessions Complete assignments and meet program standards Develop shop floor skills while meeting performance expectations Maintain a clean and organized work area Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn every day Program Schedule & Location Program Start: September 2026 Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Training Location: Penn United Technologies’ Carl E.
