Location: DeSoto, TX
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full‑Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and professional Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at a client site in DeSoto, TX. This role is responsible for supervising Security Officers, ensuring site procedures are followed, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. The Security Site Supervisor serves as the primary liaison between the District Manager, client representatives, and the security team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily security operations during assigned shifts
  • Lead, motivate, and support Security Officers to ensure performance standards are met
  • Ensure compliance with post orders, company policies, and site expectations
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and unusual situations; make sound decisions under pressure
  • Complete incident reports, shift reports, and required documentation accurately and timely
  • Conduct briefings, inspections, and follow‑ups as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact between the client, Site Manager, and security staff
  • Assist with training, coaching, and performance feedback for assigned officers
  • Maintain a professional presence and provide excellent customer service at all times

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of security experience (prior supervisory or lead experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in high‑pressure situations
  • Basic computer skills, including report writing and email
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must be 21 years of age or older due to driving requirements
  • Valid guard card/license as required by state or local regulations
  • Flexible availability, with willingness to work nights or weekends as needed

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to respond quickly to incidents or emergencies
  • Fit for duty and capable of performing all essential job functions
