SUMMARYāÆĀ
Mortenson is currently seeking Project Administrative Assistant - Civil with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with an ability to work independently or with little supervision. Must be open to working on projects throughout the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIESĀ
Perform clerical tasks and operate basic office equipmentĀ Ā
Handle incoming calls and providing general information, forward calls to the appropriate party and take messages as requiredĀ Ā
File and maintain written records along with creating electronic copies for recordsĀ Ā
Receive, sort and log all deliveries into computer databaseĀ
Prepare daily outbound deliveriesĀ Ā
Prepare materials for design and construction meetingsĀ Ā
Record and update meeting minutes for the various site meetingsĀ Ā
Responsible for procurement of consumable materials and office suppliesĀ Ā
Support Superintendent with equipment inventory tracking and organizationĀ Ā
Support Superintendent with the entry of craft worker timecardsĀ Ā
General support for the project team as needed with various day to day tasksĀ Ā
Schedule, track and log all repairs and standard maintenance for the work trucksĀ Ā
Provide maps and directions to any visitors, subcontractors, deliveries or new employeesĀ
Log all applicants into the Craft Applicant Tracking SpreadsheetĀ

QUALIFICATIONSĀ
An associateās degree in business or related administrative experience preferredĀ Ā
Minimum of 3 years administrative experience, preferably supporting a large number of team membersĀ
Proficiency in working on the computer in Microsoft Office, Excel, Email and Calendar systems, and PowerPointĀ
Strong working knowledge of basic office equipmentĀ Ā
Strong communication skills both written and verbalĀ
Ability to be highly organizedĀ Ā

The base pay range for this role is $24.52 - $33.12 an hourĀ (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL ā 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR ā 10%, Washington, D.C. ā 12.5%).Ā

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individualās knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.Ā Ā Ā
