JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Claims Processor which is responsible for the successful submission of warranty claims to include pre-approval, proof of purchase, extended warranty, and any documentation for successful claims.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
路 Process and submit warranty claims accurately and within required deadlines.
路 Review repair orders, invoices, labor, and parts for compliance
路 Track claim status and follow up on pending or denied claims
路 Maintain accurate and organized claim records
路 Communicate with customers, technicians, and vendors.
路 Assist with documentation requests.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
路 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
路 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
路 Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office, or similar).
路 Clear and professional communication skills.
路 Ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
路 Experience in processing warranty claims is preferred but not required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
路 Prolonged Sitting: This role involves extensive periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (up to 8 hours)
路 Occasionally lift files or parts up to 25 lbs.
