Position Details

Earn 19.50/hour

Shift - Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm

Our Assistant Administrators supports the facility Administrator in the operations of the day program.

Job Description

Stands in for facility Administrator during absence.
Provides on-the-job training and supervision to all support staff
Assist in the annual development and implementation of facility budget.
Assist in the interviewing and hiring of new employees.
Develop Individual Service Plans with the assistance of the Inter-Disciplinary Team.
Provide Instructors with on-going in-service trainings.
Organize and chair meetings with client’s and their representatives semi-annually or as needed.
Possess crisis management skills.
Possess problem solving capabilities.
Conduct themselves in a personable and professional manner.
Performs related tasks as necessary

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old.
Verifiable High School Diploma/GED preferred.
A valid driver's license is required.
Must have at least 1 years of LEAD DSP experience in residential or day program with clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
