About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess children's development and progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
- Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 12 ECE units with 3 infant ECE's
- 1 year previous experience working with preschool-aged children and/or infants preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to creating a supportive learning atmosphere.
