Pay: $113,000 - $154,000/annually

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Complete patient assessments to develop and implement an individualized care plan
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the patient, family, and care team
Provide skilled, goal-oriented physical therapy while maintaining an ongoing assessment of the patient to make any changes to the care plan as necessary
Maintain all records and reports per regulatory guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Must have an active PT License in the State of California or be eligible to obtain one
Previous Physical Therapy experience is a bonus
