What you’ll do
- Visit patients in their homes
- Complete Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
- Complete Well-Child Visits
- Focus on prevention, not reaction
- Build real patient relationships
- Support seniors and families where they live
- Use your clinical skills where they matter most
Must-haves
- 1+ year as a Medical Assistant
- CMA, RMA, or equivalent
- 6+ months in primary care or internal medicine
- Comfortable traveling to patient homes
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Nice to have
- Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
- Experience with Well-Child Visits
Perks & pay
- Pay: $31/hour

- .725 cents Paid mileage and travel time
- PTO and paid holidays
Schedule & setup
- Full-time, weekdays
- Travel required; based in Shasta County, CA
- Charting via modern EMR tools
