The Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM) Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day content and posting across all BSSM social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand presence and audience engagement. This role also provides key administrative support to the Marketing Manager, including budget tracking, receipt processing, and team meeting coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple ongoing responsibilities in a fast-paced creative environment.
Hours: 25 hours per week
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Job Requirements
● Create, edit, and post content across all BSSM social media accounts (feed and Stories)
● Maintain a consistent content and posting schedule
● Track department budget and process receipts accurately and on time
● Coordinate and help manage team meetings, including scheduling and follow-up on action items
● Serve as point person for BSSM Português Marketing communications
● Communicate effectively with the Marketing Manager and creative team
Minimum Qualifications
● Believes and adheres to the beliefs and vision of Bethel Church
● Experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
● Strong organizational and time-management skills
● Comfortable with basic content editing tools
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Bilingual in English and Portuguese
● This position does not qualify for sponsorship of work authorization or an employment visa, so candidates must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. to be considered for this position.

Preferred Qualifications
● Prior experience in a marketing, creative, or ministry-related role
● Familiarity with budget tracking or administrative processes
● Experience with design/editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools)
