National Home Care Agency is seeking a compassionate and reliable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role focuses on helping patients improve mobility, strength, and independence in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy treatments according to the established plan of care

  • Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities

  • Monitor and document patient progress

  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs

  • Communicate patient updates to the supervising Physical Therapist

  • Complete timely and accurate documentation

  • Travel to patient homes within assigned areas

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program
