Immediate openings on all shifts.

 

Robotic Welding Repair Technician Job Description:

  • Troubleshooting and repair of automated and robotic production welding and assembly machines.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
  • Maintain and modify weld schedules for both resistance spot welding and MIG welding.
  • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints, as well as wiring schematics.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits.
  • Must be able to adjust weld fixture gauging.
  • Building maintenance as required.
  • Machining, welding, and fabricate as required.

 

Robotic Welding Repair Technician Requirements:

  • Must have a thorough working knowledge of machine maintenance practices and techniques for a Robotic Welding Repair Technician.
  • Must be highly motivated and dependable
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively within all facets of the company.
  • Experience with Fanuc robots, Fanuc Servogun software, or Fanuc MIG robots a plus.
