Shipping Receiving Coordinator

Job DetailsJob Location: Milsco Redgranite - Redgranite, WI 54970 Receive incoming raw materials, components, and supplies; verify accuracy against shipping and order records and inspect the condition of materials as needed. Ensure orders are accurately packed and ready for shipment at the scheduled date and time. Coordinate with shipping and freight companies to schedule pickups and confirm deliveries. Utilize company software to enter and manage inventory of incoming and outgoing materials, supplies, and products. Perform periodic cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and update inventory records as needed. Work with Manufacturing, Sales, Accounting, and other departments to address issues, shortages, and complaints. Perform other duties and tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma required One (1) to three (3) years experience with shipping and receiving preferred Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner
