Responsibilities:

Perform construction, repair, and restoration work on residential and commercial properties
Collaborate with project managers and restoration teams to ensure timely project completion
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction are met
Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness throughout each project
Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients on-site
English speaking is a plus

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, professional attitude
