We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Special Populations team. Partner with BridgePrep Academy to provide high-quality direct and consultative services across our Florida campuses, empowering students with communication disorders to reach their full potential.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in referral, eligibility, and IEP processes.

  • Develop and deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy in small groups or 1-on-1 settings.

  • Collaborate with teachers and families, providing actionable home-based communication strategies.

  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and support timely Medicaid billing.

  • Travel to assigned Florida campuses to support students and engage with school teams.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

  • Florida DOE certification in Speech-Language Impairment OR Florida Educator Certificate in Speech/Language Impaired K-12.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and independent/teamwork skills.

  • Ability to travel to campuses across Florida as needed.

Preferred:

  • School-based or charter system experience.

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

  • Familiarity with Medicaid billing and IEP data-tracking.

  • Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish).
