Job Summary
We are seeking an interior design intern or an architecture student to join our team. In this role, you will purchase materials, offer clients interior remodeling designs, and oversee the construction of various projects with the company owner. Your responsibilities will include communicating with clients to determine project scope and requirements, preparing estimates, preparing architectural plans (if your expertise allows), and interacting with the building department. The ideal candidate is resourceful, has an eye for detail, and has excellent project management skills. We are looking for someone with some AI knowledge who wants to get involved and learn the trade in more depth. It could be part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities 
  • Remain in communication with clients from the start of the project to completion
  • Produce feasibility studies and design proposals
  • Create detailed blueprints and architectural plans
  • Ensure budgets and timelines are adhered to
  • Communicate with other construction professionals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends, building codes, and regulations
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture
  • Previous experience as an Architect with a portfolio of work is preferred
  • Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD
