Job Summary

The Warehouse Team Lead serves as the operational leader for the warehouse floor, ensuring daily fulfillment activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and safely. This position provides day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to Warehouse Associates while maintaining productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence. The Warehouse Team Lead partners closely with warehouse leadership to identify process improvements, resolve operational issues, and help develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse operations and assign work priorities.

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Warehouse Associates throughout each shift.

  • Monitor order fulfillment to ensure shipping deadlines are consistently met.

  • Maintain high standards for inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.

  • Conduct inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.

  • Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping as operational needs require.

  • Train new Warehouse Associates on warehouse procedures, safety standards, and best practices.

  • Monitor productivity and provide real-time coaching.

  • Escalate operational concerns to warehouse management when appropriate.

  • Help enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.

  • Assist with scheduling priorities and workload balancing.

  • Recommend workflow improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership or team lead experience.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Comfortable using warehouse technology and inventory systems.

  • Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience. 

  • Prior experience leading or supervising warehouse teams.

  • Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.

  • Experience with shipping software and warehouse management systems.

  • Knowledge of lean operations or process improvement methodologies.

  • Familiarity with trading card games, collectibles, or e-commerce fulfillment.
