Position Summary

Trips are scheduled based on customer demand. Some are booked in advance, while

others—such as hospital discharges—may come in on short notice.

Drivers provide their availability and may accept or decline assignments. The more consistent

your availability, the more opportunities you may have to work.

Punctual – Our passengers have appointments they cannot miss.

Patient – You can remain compassionate with passengers experiencing difficult circumstances.

Professional – You understand that you're representing Cali Care.

A Team Player – You’re willing to help when needed rather than saying, “That’s not my job"
