Perform day-to-day general office tasks in support of projectsĀ
Assist with gathering and maintaining current documentation for projectsĀ Ā
Coordinate with various project managers to gather and maintain updated project reportsĀ Ā
Obtain and track budgeting and contracting project information from various project managersĀ Ā
Assist with managing all phases of a project including planning, design, construction, FF&E, technology, and occupancyĀ Ā
Compile project budgets and schedulesĀ Ā
Read and understand documents defining project, including but not limited to: agreements, budgets, schedules, and drawingsĀ Ā
Establish and maintain client focus through performance goals, deliverables, reports, and value-added servicesĀ Ā
Review design documents, scope of construction, and create preliminary construction budgetingĀ Ā
Prepare project status reports, process purchase orders, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financialsĀ Ā
Manage General Contractors and/or vendors, specialty vendors, architectural, and MEP engineersĀ Ā
Ensure all project participants understand project goals, assumptions, constraints, and deliverablesĀ Ā
Provide superior client service to internal and external clientsĀ Ā
May have full ownership and responsibility for smaller, less complex projectsĀ Ā

REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplineĀ Ā
⢠3+ years of relevant work experienceĀ Ā
⢠Or any similar combination of education and experienceĀ Ā
⢠Ability to prepare and track overall project budgets and schedulesĀ Ā
⢠Experience leading and managing numerousfacets of multiple projects simultaneouslyĀ Ā
⢠Familiarity with architectural/furniture and space planning conceptsĀ Ā
⢠Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clientsĀ Ā
⢠Excellent interpersonal skillsĀ

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
