Meta is seeking a Program Manager to support financial operations within the Quality and Hardware Product Engineering organization. This role is internal and external facing and will be responsible for driving financial rigor across purchase requisitions, budget tracking, vendor onboarding, and reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and brings analytical skills paired with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Purchase Requisitions; maintain Purchase Order invoice reconciliations
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports to management, providing insights into budget performance and financial health
  • Develop and maintain dashboards (Tableau, Google Sheets) for real-time budget tracking and visibility
  • Support cost analysis initiatives to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
  • Manage internal vendor onboarding processes, including Statement of Work (SOW) routing and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) requests
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on financial processes, tools, and best practices
  • Coordinate across multiple teams, vendors, and time zones to ensure smooth financial operations


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of experience in finance, budgeting, or program operations
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel), accounting tools, and financial reporting platforms
  • Experience coordinating effectively across different teams, vendors, and time zones


Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
  • Experience with procurement processes and purchase order management
  • Analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Experience working in a cross-functional technology environment
  • Familiarity with vendor management and contract administration
