Job Title: Interim District Manager (Supreme Dumplings)

Location: Seattle, WA

Pay Range:
 $95,000– $105,000  / - Annually
 Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Position Overview:

The District Manager leads the success and growth of the business by effectively training, coaching and developing a team of General Managers and store teams.
 As a leader of our brand, the District Manager is responsible for the customer and team member experience and focused to deliver exceptional food quality through our system and one house philosophy.
 In addition, as we are a growth company, this role will require tremendous cross functional ability in working with the support center in program development and strategic implementation. The programs developed will cover human resources and both restaurant and culinary aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multi-Unit Operational Leadership:
     Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants, ensuring brand standards, operational consistency, and exceptional guest experiences.
  • People Leadership & Development:
     Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and leadership teams; support succession planning and talent growth.
  • Financial Performance:
     Drive district-level performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and profitability initiatives.
  • New Store Openings & Turnaround Support:
     Lead and support new restaurant openings, stabilize underperforming locations, and implement best practices across the district.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement:
     Partner with leadership teams to execute local marketing initiatives and strengthen community presence.
  • Compliance & Safety:
     Ensure all locations comply with company policies, labor laws, food safety standards, and health regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of restaurant management experience, including multi-unit leadership
  • Proven ability to develop and lead General Managers
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to travel throughout the Seattle Metroplex
  • Experience supporting new openings and operational turnarounds preferred
  • Ability to train and travel for 6-8 weeks, supporting shops and traveling the greater Seattle area (including Tacoma & Lynnwood), until a District is assigned.
