Worldscape is seeking a Product Manager to support the development of our platform technologies across both client and backend systems. In this role, you will work alongside senior PMs and engineering teams to help define features, understand developer workflows, and contribute to tools that simplify game client integration, distributed data management, and AI powered backend capabilities.  

This is an on-site role located in Redmond, WA.

Responsibilities:
  • Own defining product requirements by gathering insights from engineering, partner studios, and internal teams.
  • Support feature planning and execution for platform capabilities across client systems, backend services, and AI driven orchestration tools. 
  • Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows to ensure clarity and alignment across technical and nontechnical teams. 
  • Analyze developer and customer feedback to identify friction areas and suggest improvements for client integration, data workflows, or platform usability. 
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer success to ensure smooth delivery, predictable integration timeline, and high-quality user experiences. 
  • Help maintain product backlogs, roadmaps, and release artifacts to improve organizational transparency and prioritization. 
  • Learn and contribute to discussions around game engine interoperability, distributed data pipelines, simulation driven systems, and AI agent orchestration. 


Professional Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of product management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a willingness to learn complex technical systems (e.g., developer tools, backend services, data pipelines).  
  • Familiarity with software development concepts, such as APIs, data flows, or fundamentals of game engine (Unity, Unreal at a conceptual level).  
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, and customer-facing roles.  
  • Curiosity about AI assisted tooling, making features platform ready, or developer experience, with a desire to grow technical fluency over time. 


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic exposure to programming or scripting languages, such as Python, C#, JavaScript.
  • Understanding multiplayer concepts or game development pipelines at a high level (e.g., entities, actions, networking basics).  
  • Experience with AI/LLM tools, such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or workflow automation tools.

$80,000 - $120,000 a year
Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity awards.
