What You'll Do
- Help lead shifts and create a fun, welcoming environment for guests and teammates
- Lead by example and deliver exceptional guest service
- Build relationships with guests and help create the Yukon community
- Support team members and help keep operations running smoothly during your shift
- Assist with resolving guest concerns and creating positive experiences
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Perform front- and back-of-house duties, including POS transactions, opening procedures, and closing procedures
- Help train and support new team members
- Follow and reinforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Assist with cash handling and daily shift responsibilities
- Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed

What You'll Bring
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience; leadership experience is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- An outgoing personality and the ability to connect with guests and teammates
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Desire to learn, grow, and develop leadership skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Back-of-house experience is a plus
