We’re looking for full-time friendly, energetic Supervisors to join our opening team.Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, plus tips.

What You'll Do

• Help lead shifts and create a fun, welcoming environment for guests and teammates
• Lead by example and deliver exceptional guest service
• Build relationships with guests and help create the Yukon community
• Support team members and help keep operations running smoothly during your shift
• Assist with resolving guest concerns and creating positive experiences
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
• Perform front- and back-of-house duties, including POS transactions, opening procedures, and closing procedures
• Help train and support new team members
• Follow and reinforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Assist with cash handling and daily shift responsibilities
• Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed

What You'll Bring

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience; leadership experience is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• An outgoing personality and the ability to connect with guests and teammates
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Desire to learn, grow, and develop leadership skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Back-of-house experience is a plus
