Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery activities for Meta's Hardware Validation programs. This role will partner closely with hardware, firmware, software, test, and operations teams to ensure validation milestones are achieved on schedule and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end program execution for hardware validation initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
Track validation schedules, test readiness, defect resolution, and reporting.
Facilitate program reviews, stakeholder communications, and status updates.
Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks impacting project timelines.
Ensure alignment between engineering, lab operations, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in hardware, systems, or validation environments.
Experience managing complex engineering programs with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of hardware development and validation lifecycles.
Excellent communication, organizational, and risk management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Work Environment
Full-time onsite position in Seattle, WA (5 days per week).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative engineering environment.
Salary: $80,200/Annum
