Why You Should Apply:

Strong commission structure with additional incentives for top performers.
- Hourly: Starting rate is $25.65 per hour or $53,352 annually. The full range is $25.65 - $32.06 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
- Bonus: Average monthly bonus potential of $1,000 - $1,500, based on performance, with an average annual potential of $12,000 - $18,000.
- Total Annual Compensation Potential:
  - $65,352 ($53,352 base + $12,000 bonus)
  - $84,684 ($66,684 base + $18,000 bonus)

- Gold Elite (Top 50%) – $1,000/qtr.

Apartment Maintenance Technician II

This site is a mid-rise style apartment community with 402 units on property.

40% Housing Discount for Maintenance Tech II position

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday schedule. Available to be on call once every 6 weeks when fully staffed. Shares on call with The Marston.

Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.

Hourly: Starting at $27.03- $33.78 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $56,222 - $70,262.
