Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for all security system-related issuesÂ

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across multiple systems, including:Â
o Card readersÂ
o Access control panelsÂ
o TurnstilesÂ
o CCTV camerasÂ
o Intercom systemsÂ
o Other integrated security devicesÂ

• Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance, including:Â
o Hardware adjustmentsÂ
o System resetsÂ
o Support for firmware updates and upgrades (execution led by Systems/Tech team)Â

• Monitor and review incoming service ticketsÂ
• Assess issues and determine whether they can be resolved onsite or require escalationÂ
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams or vendorsÂ
• Track issues through to full resolution, ensuring closure and documentationÂ
• Maintain accurate service logs, including actions taken and outcomesÂ
