KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide assistance in basic facilities maintenance tasks (tooling maintenance)
Conference room and meeting setup support
Assisting with supplies
Technical Knowledge
- Must be able to use hand & power tools
- Can use measurement instruments

- Can assist and assemble parts

- Can make basic calculations

- Can work with close supervision or independently and follow instructions

- Willing to communicate clearly and openly with all levels
- Working knowledge of computer programs such as word, excel, email and power point

- Works as a member of a team remaining flexible to changing work priorities/hrs. meeting business needs
- Willingly accepts and follows training and instruction, policies and safety guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1-2 years’ experience in similar activities
Willingness to take directions from others, work independently and in cross-functional teams

WORKING CONDITIONS

Occasionally must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Walk, climb stairs, pull, push, grab, bend, stoop or kneel frequently.
The ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
Clearly and comfortably view, interpret and process information within the department.
Using a computer monitor for extended periods during normal working hours is required.
