Product Manager/Strategy 5-ProdDev

The AI & Platform Strategy Lead owns the CX-wide strategy and narrative for AI, platform, extensibility, and integration, ensuring the Fusion CX suite innovation is coherent, differentiated, and credible across product lines, GTM motions, and external perception.

This role operates above individual products and campaigns, connecting CX product strategy, Fusion AI direction, and real customer value into a single, durable platform story. The leader partners closely with Product, Engineering, Technical Evangelism, and other Fusion Product Strategy & Marketing teams to ensure AI and platform innovation is understood, trusted, and adopted, not fragmented or oversold.

Success is measured by clarity of platform strategy, consistency of AI articulation, and confidence in Oracle CX’s technical direction across executives, analysts, and the field.
