We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technology Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs. This role requires deep expertise in program and project management methodologies, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive alignment across engineering, product, and business teams. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end lifecycle of programs, ensuring strategic outcomes are achieved on time and within budget. The ideal candidate brings a systems-thinking mindset, operational rigor, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for improving how teams deliver through modern tooling and AI-enabled ways of working.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
Program & Project LeadershipÂ
Own the full lifecycle of large-scale, high-impact technology programs from initiation through deliveryÂ
Scope, plan, and manage multiple concurrent technical projects across diverse teams and domainsÂ
Lead cross-functional teams through Agile, Scrum, and/or SDLC methodologies to deliver business-critical outcomes on time and within budgetÂ
Drive program alignment with strategic objectives, ensuring dependencies, risks, and resources are proactively managedÂ
Develop and maintain integrated program plans including scope, schedule, milestones, resource allocation, and budgetÂ
Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery practicesÂ
Lead estimation processes and resource planning across engineering, product, and operations teamsÂ
Portfolio & GovernanceÂ
Manage a portfolio of technology initiatives, ensuring visibility, prioritization, and alignment with functional and enterprise prioritiesÂ
Design and implement program-level reporting and dashboards for executive stakeholdersÂ
Define and evolve program management processes, templates, and operating rhythms to support scalable delivery, operational excellence, and thoughtful adoption of AI-enabled workflows and toolingÂ
Stakeholder EngagementÂ
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, technical teams, and business partnersÂ
Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly and effectively across all levels of the organizationÂ
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and drive consensusÂ
Tools & MethodologiesÂ
Define and implement project methodologies tailored to program needs (Agile, Scrum, SDLC, etc.)Â
Evaluate, deploy, and train teams on project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, SharePoint)Â
Continuously improve tooling and processes to support efficient and transparent program executionÂ
QualificationsÂ
7+ years of experience in technology program or project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives on budget and on timeÂ
Demonstrated expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologiesÂ
Strong proficiency with project management tools and portfolio reporting systemsÂ
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsÂ
Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability with emerging technologies, including AI-assisted workflows, developer tooling, and operational automationÂ
Experience managing enterprise-level programs with multiple interdependent projectsÂ
Degree in relevant field is preferredÂ
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - Redwood City Office GHQ : 142,000 - 212,000 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
