Primex Plastics is growing and seeking full time Operator Assistants for 3rd shift. This position starts at $20.50/hour ($18.50 base plus a $2 shift premium). New employees earn wage increases at 60 days, 6 months, and 1st anniversary, plus receive quarterly bonuses which add another $2,000-6,000 annually. This means you could earn $45,000-$50,000 in your first year, depending on shift and bonus performance.

Additionally, at Primex we offer great opportunities for advancement. Many of our entry-level employees are able to quickly enter Operator training in order to promote to more challenging roles with greater earnings.

Responsibilities:

Operator Assistants are responsible for preparing skids, packaging finished product, assisting line operators, and general plant housekeeping.

Must be reliable and eager to work and learn
Must have good organizational skills and attention to detail
Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly
Must be able to accurately read a measuring tape
Must be able to work independently and as a team

Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
