How you will make contributions that matter...
- Provide relief for production and intake vacancies. Includes coverage for employee breaks; vacation/personal time off; and absences.
- Observe all plant safety policies and procedures regarding lock out/tag out, confined space, fork lift, etc.
- Follow all personal hygiene and sanitary practices in accordance with federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Observe all Saputo Cheese USA Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety guidelines.

- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
- Ability to learn and perform the duties and responsibilities for each position on the assigned shift. Does not include maintenance functions or responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Food Safety hygiene practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ability to read, write and speak in a proficient manner and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and prepare accurate documents.
- Ability to multitask, adapt and react to interruptions and production changes without losing composure and efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work other shifts occasionally.
You are best suited for the role if you…
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, related post-secondary training is an asset.
- 1 year of customer service experience in a manufacturing, farming or agriculture environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Attention to detail data entry into ERP Software
- Ability to work in manufacturing environment which includes but not limited to: noise, changing temperatures (hot, wet, cold, humid), standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbing stairs, maneuvering around manufacturing equipment consistently throughout the shift.
- Working with chemicals, wearing personal protective equipment, and following approved chemical handling procedures.
- Physical lifting up to 50-lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Work up to 12-hours per day.
- Required to stand for entire shift except breaks
- Ability to learn and perform all production jobs

Salary Range - $27.18 - $27.68
“Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, educations, skills and training”
