Production/Warehouse Utility

Primex Plastics is seeking a full time Utility person on 1st shift. This position starts at $18.50/hour. New employees earn wage increases at 60 days, 6 months, and 1st anniversary, plus receive quarterly bonuses which add another $2,000-6,000 annually.  This means you could earn $40,000-$45,000 in your first year, depending on shift and bonus performance.

Responsibilities:

Utility personnel are responsible for cleaning the filters that are part of our production process, trash collection throughout the plant, compacting recyclables, housekeeping of warehouse space, and some grounds maintenance such as snow shoveling and tree trimming.  The Utility role includes a wide variety of as-needed tasks in addition to the daily core duties. No two days are the same.

Note: Some required tasks may be performed in dirty, hot, and/or loud environments.
