WHAT THIS JOB REALLY IS

This is not a “sit and wait” driving job.

This is fast-paced, physical, production-driven work supporting active paving operations. You’ll be expected to:

Load, unload, and transport asphalt safely and efficiently
Work around live paving crews and tight jobsite conditions
Maneuver equipment with precision
Handle trailer hookups, inspections, and securement
Maintain logs and comply with DOT regulations
Keep equipment clean, operational, and professional
Show up ready to work long days during peak season

WHAT WE REQUIRE

CDL-A with acceptable MVR
Doubles / T Endorsement
Minimum 1 year of Flowboy experience
Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
Strong safety mindset and work ethic

PREFERRED:

Gravel Train experience

Requirements

• Licensed CDL Class A Driver license with acceptable MVR

• T Endorsement (Doubles Endorsement)

Flowboy Driver Requirements:

• 1+ years Flow Boy experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Gravel train experience

Flowboy Driver Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds

• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical
