Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As an integral part of our daily maintenance operations, you will focus on maintaining clean, safe, and hygienic environments for our client facilities. Daily tasks include:

• Sanitation & Hygiene: Thoroughly clean and disinfect rest areas, employee break rooms, and high-contact surface areas across the facility.

• Surface & Floor Maintenance: Wipe down desks and tables, sweep, mop hard surface floors, and thoroughly vacuum carpeted spaces.

• Waste Management: Empty garbage and recycling containers, replace bags, and keep collection points organized and tidy.

• Supply Replenishment: Restock essential hygiene supplies, including soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet tissue.

• Facility Reporting: Keep track of supply counts and promptly notify your supervisor of any maintenance needs or facility concerns.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

Previous commercial janitorial experience is welcome, but not required! We prioritize reliability, steady effort, and a positive mindset, offering full hands-on guidance to ensure your success.

• Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Transportation: Must have access to personal, dependable transportation to access the assigned facility in Reese.

• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, efficient time management, and the ability to work productively without close oversight.

• Physical Demands: Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift light items regularly during shift hours.
