Job DetailsJob Location: Register, GA 30452Job title: Box Truck Driver Department: Production Control Location: Ellabell, GA   Job Type: FT Hourly   Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Schedule is subject to change based on production demands.) We are seeking a motivated and dependable Box Truck Driver to become part of our dynamic team at MyEco. In this role, you will report directly to the Production Supervisor and play a key role in supporting daily production operations. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving essential safety, quality, and delivery objectives. This position involves regular travel in a company-provided 20- to 26-foot box truck, transporting materials between our facilities and our client's location. In addition to driving, you will be responsible for assisting with the loading and unloading of pallets/racks, ensuring timely and efficient handling of goods. Your dedication will be vital to maintaining operational efficiency and meeting customer expectations.   Key Responsibilities Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by consistently adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Operational Support: Assist the Production Supervisor and team leads with daily production tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Standard Compliance: Learn and follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality and operational performance. Workflow Management: Contribute to timely and accurate production by helping manage workflow and delivery schedules for both internal and external customers. Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and improvement initiatives to enhance department productivity and morale. Equipment Use: Assist in operating and maintaining production equipment and tools, ensuring proper usage and upkeep. Performance Tracking: Help track departmental metrics and visual performance indicators to support continuous improvement efforts. Cross-Department Support: Work collaboratively with other departments to foster positive employee relations and drive production goals. Professionalism: Exhibit a respectful, courteous demeanor and always maintain professional conduct. Forklift Training: All employees must complete in-house forklift training and obtain certification before operating a forklift. Qualifications: Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of continuous work experience in a manufacturing or labor-intensive environment. Reading Skills: Ability to read and interpret work orders and production instructions. Adaptability: Willingness and ability to take direction and comply with all company policies and guidelines.   Physical Requirements: Capable of frequently bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting. Able to regularly lift/move up to 60 pounds. Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for 8–12-hour shifts while wearing required safety footwear. Work Conditions: Comfortable working in varied conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, and other environmental elements, while using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Safety Commitment: Demonstrated knowledge of safety practices and a strong commitment to maintaining a safety-first culture.
