This role partners closely with leadership to drive HR initiatives, ensure compliance, and support a high-performance, positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in manufacturing HR, the ability to influence leadership, and a hands-on approach to managing HR operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Compliance Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.  Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.  Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and documentation.  Support internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.  Employee Relations Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.  Advise managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns.  Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.  Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Oversee full-cycle recruitment and partner with leadership on workforce planning.  Develop and implement effective hiring and retention strategies.  Build strong relationships with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.  Performance Management & Development Manage and enhance performance management processes.  Coach managers on employee development, feedback, and evaluations.  Identify training needs and support leadership and employee development initiatives.  Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration.  Support compensation planning and market alignment.  Utilize HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom, UKG) for reporting, analytics, and process improvements.  Strategic HR Leadership Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.  Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.  Drive continuous improvement of HR processes in a growing organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.  10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry.  Bilingual in English and Korean preferred, but not required.  Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.  Experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred).  Proven ability to manage employee relations and advise leadership.  Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.  Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.  Preferred Qualifications SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification.  Experience working in Korean or global organizations.  Experience building or improving HR processes in a growing company.  Benefits Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)  401(k) Plan  Paid Time Off (PTO)  Relocation Support (if applicable) EEO Statement SECO Ecoplastic America is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
