We are currently hiring a Shopkeeper in Rehoboth Beach, DE.

Presents the shop in a friendly, inviting, and organized manner. Provides the Dogfish experience to guests on the go. Helps run the store: maintaining adequate stock levels and managing the payment process.

What You’ll Brew:

Ensures superb service to customers through the prompt, friendly, and accurate processing of merchandise sales; verifies that buyers of alcohol to-go are legal 
Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of our merchandise, beer, and spirits to educate and provide the Dogfish experience to customers 
Properly manages the charging and payment process to ensure accurate charging/billing of customers 
Answers phones and maintains the store in a neat, well-stocked, and ready for sale condition 
Opens and closes the store and performs all related duties 
Assists Lead Shopkeeper on execution of promotions, merchandising, store displays, and other initiatives

What Ingredients You’ll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of customer service experience in a retail environment
Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Level: 10

In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $16.50 per hour. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.
