Rehoboth Beach Country Club is seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our Talon Tribe as lifeguards. As a lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our Members and their guests. This position requires strong swimming skills, excellent observation abilities, and the ability to respond quickly and decisively in emergency situations.
Position: Lifeguard
Classification: Seasonal, non-exempt (hourly)
Schedule: Varies, we are flexible! Pool opens in May and closes in September.
Salary: $17 per hour
