- Address any compliments or complaints of patrons and relaying the information to managementÂ
- Maintains appearance suitable to guests’ expectations and compliant with company policyÂ
- Greets guests, identifies seating plan (directing them to the bar or table), sets up advertising displays, and arranges merchandise in retail area to promote salesÂ
- Daily tracking of any reservations or private events that might be taking placeÂ
- Communicates with staff and managers regarding any business situations & requestsÂ
- Suggestively sell merchandise to customers; wrap or bag merchandise Cleans shelves, host stand area, surrounding tables, and merchandise area/shelvesÂ
- Maintains the wait listÂ

- High School Diploma/GEDÂ
- Up to one year related experience or training desiredÂ
- Walking regularly throughout the establishment/regularly required to standÂ
