Position: Blending Operator 

Location: Joyalways/129 S. Technology Drive, Reidsville, NC 27320 

 Employment Type: Full-Time 

Schedule:  Monday–Thursday Nights (6pm-6am)

Required training would be 6am-6pm for a month or less. 

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour plus shift differential 

Job description:

Position Overview: Reporting to the Production Supervisor responsible for operating machinery, performing process charging, conducting equipment maintenance, C&S, monitoring process parameters.

Essential Functions:

· Complete production batching tasks within scheduled timelines.

· Accurately charge materials per process specifications, verify material suitability for current production, and check batch numbers.

· Operate, maintain, service, and clean equipment in strict compliance with SOPs.

· Implement quality control measures to ensure solutions meet specifications.

· Promptly address equipment abnormalities during operation.

· Clearly label all intermediate solutions with product name, batch number, and quantity.

· Fulfill safety responsibilities by ensuring PPE compliance and implementing safety protocols.

· Maintain area cleanliness and manage tooling/instrument usage.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Job specific to JoyAlways (this will be added as we grow)

· Other job duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Technical Certification or above
